Besides lactation consultations in the privacy of your home, I offer classes and support groups on all things lactation.  Many parents wish that they had learned more about breastfeeding before their baby was born. Most people tend to prepare to leave work, prepare the nursery, and prepare for childbirth, but figure that feeding their baby will be a piece of cake. Most of us spend a lot more time nursing than in labor, yet we don't learn what we can about lactation beforehand.  The classes are held in a group setting, or you may schedule a private class. Support groups and classes are available to pregnant and lactating parents. Learning from and observing other parents can be super helpful.
